Evans Pharmacy operates under UK law and does everything with the best intentions in mind to fulfil an order.
The big difference in operating as a pharmacy is that once we have sent medicines out we cannot accept medicines back (this also includes veterinary medicines).
When you place an order for an online consultation this doesn't constitute an agreement with you that you will receive the order. If our pharmacy prescribers feel that it isn't in the best interest of your health - we will cancel your order and refund back the monies immediately.
We wlll give you the reason why we will not supply you.
This also applies to human over the counter medicines and veterinary medicines.
1.YOUR ACCOUNT AND DETAILS
When you create an account these are your details and no credit card details are stored against your web account. We do our best to protect your details but it is your responsibility to keep your password safe.
If you are worried that your account is being accessed by an unauthorised person please let us know. You can update email addresses and passwords in My account.
Evans Pharmacy reserves the right to remove an account or restrict access to an account.
2.PAYMENT AND SECURITY
When purchasing items from Evanspharmacy.com, you do so for your own use and not for resale to any third party.
Our website is copyrighted so please don't copy or reproduce it or any other exploitation that would bring the website into disrepute
If leaving a review about a product please do so honestly and without using abusive language as these will be removed.
If leaving a review about a service that is not up to standard - contact us first so we can try to put it right.
Before placing an order it is imperative you check your delivery address is correct. If the order is sent to the wrong address that has been provided by yourself, we will try our best to help retrieve it back. Royal Mail can take 28 days to return undelivered mail. If you wish to receive the order again then you will need to pay for a duplicate order and the monies will be returned once the original order is returned.
5.OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
When an order is placed by you on our website this represents an offer for you to buy from us. This offer is only accepted when you receive notification from us that the items have been dispatched.
Veterinary Prescription Medicines
On our website there is an option to upload the prescription. It is good practice for us to receive that prescription by post also, to minimize the risk of it being used again elsewhere. For controlled drugs like Epiphen we need to receive the original of the prescription before we can dispatch.
Human Online Consultations
Online consultations are undertaken by our team of Independent Prescribers. They will determine if the product you require is suitable for you and the reasons for not supplying also. We always request that you give us access to your NHS drug record (Summary Care Record) to ensure we can confirm your identity and your current medication.
6.Delivery,Returns and Refunds
We like to get things to you as quickly as possible - this makes you happy and us too!
How quick will I get my order?
This depends on what is ordered and whether you use one of our online consultation services as this has to be approved by one our pharmacist prescribers before being dispatched.
We don't pick orders on a Saturday or Sunday BUT then go into overdrive on a Monday!
The quickest way to get your order locally is to use our collect in store - no postage and we do our best to get it there as fast as we can - most of the time we can do same day or the next.
If we post it we have two options:
Next Day or Standard Delivery
Standard delivery takes 2-3 days in the post and Next Day is as it says, apart from when we send on a Friday - you will get it Monday
If you are in a rush for something, give us a ring and we will do our best to get it to you.
If you order medicines then, by law, we cannot receive them back as we can't reuse them, so it is important you order the correct product.
This is one of the reasons we ask questions to ensure you receive the right product.
If you order prescription only medicines and youor your animal(s) are not in good health, only order enough to cover your immediate needs, as we cannot receive these items back once we have dispensed them
If you wish to return any other item then this is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations laid down by English Law.
So, in summary, you have 14 days to tell us that you no longer require the item and 14 days to return it and we have 14 days to refund the item.
Postal charges to return the item are to be paid by the customer unless the item is faulty and this will be reimbursed by ourselves.
If an item is faulty we will do our best to put it right as soon as we can.

All our prices are inclusive of VAT. If we inadvertently make a genuine mistake we will try and honour that price but if we can't, we will contact you before proceeding further with your order.
All our products are obtained from UK suppliers and have UK product licences. We only buy medicines direct from the manufacturer or through an approved UK wholesaler.
